She also went in person to compare different carpet options before making any suggestions.She coordinated an amazing contractor who was able to handle multiple repairs and improvements instead of leaving me to manage several different people from thousands of miles away, and I still stayed under my planned budget. Her network of contractors and professionals was excellent, and she stayed on top of everything to make sure the house was ready.And the results speak for themselves.The house was on the market for roughly 48 hours before I had an offer, and within about 72 hours, we had negotiated a counteroffer and reached a complete deal. Even better, my final proceeds ended up being approximately $30,000 more than I had originally expected when I started this process.Honestly, the financial result is only part of why I am so grateful to Laura. She made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel manageable and, at times, surprisingly easy. I never felt like just another client or transaction. She genuinely cared, she was patient with all of my questions, and she consistently had everything was under control.Laura did her job tenfold. She exceeded every expectation I had, both professionally and personally.
